Choose Your Billing Plan

Once your account is created, you'll log in and choose how you want to pay for Karafuru. No credit card required for your first 2 events.

Steps​

1. Log in at karafuruphoto.com​

Go to karafuruphoto.com and click Sign In.

Enter the email and password provided by the Karafuru team.

2. Go to Subscription​

From the dashboard sidebar, click Subscription. This is where you manage your billing plan and create event licenses.

3. Select your plan​

You'll see three options:

  • Pay Per Event — Rp 200.000 per event (good for occasional work)
  • Pro — Rp 450.000/month (best for 3+ events per month)
  • Studio — Rp 3.900.000/year (Rp 325k/month for high-volume operators)

Click the plan that fits your work style.

4. Payment method​

Karafuru uses QRIS for all payments — a unified Indonesian payment code that works with all major banking apps.

  • For Pay Per Event: You'll be charged Rp 200k each time you run an event (after your first 2 free events). Scan the QRIS code shown on screen to pay.
  • For Pro or Studio: Your subscription starts immediately. Renew with QRIS when it expires.

When payment is due, Karafuru shows a QRIS code. You scan it with any Indonesian banking app (GCash, Dana, OVO, GoPay, etc.) and complete the payment.

5. First 2 events are free (new users only)​

If you're a newly approved early access user, your first 2 events are completely free — no charge, no QRIS scan required.

Use them to test Karafuru, make sure your camera and printer work, and try before upgrading to a paid plan.

Important: The free 2 events are only available once. Once you upgrade to Pay Per Event or any paid plan, the free tier is no longer available. You'll need to pay for all future events with QRIS.

6. Start using Karafuru​

Your plan is now active. Download the Windows app and activate your license key (if needed).

You can change plans anytime from your account dashboard. Switch to a different plan, pause your subscription, or cancel if you need to.

What if you're not ready to pay?​

You get 2 free events to test Karafuru. Use them to:

  • Test your camera (webcam or DSLR)
  • Test your printer
  • Try different grid layouts
  • See if it's right for your business

Once you upgrade to a paid plan (Pay Per Event, Pro, or Studio):

  • Your 2 free events are consumed and no longer available
  • All future events require payment via QRIS
  • You cannot go back to the free tier

Take your time with the free 2 events. Make sure everything works before upgrading to a paid plan.

Payment Reminder​

When your subscription is about to expire or you run out of Pay Per Event credits:

  1. Karafuru shows a QRIS payment code in your app
  2. You scan it with your banking app (GCash, Dana, OVO, etc.)
  3. Your account is renewed or credited

Payments are manual — not automatic. You control when you renew. If you don't renew, your account goes inactive but your photos remain in storage.
