Manage Your Billing Plan
Your Karafuru plan is flexible. Change plans or cancel anytime from your account dashboard.
Access your billing
- Log in at karafuruphoto.com
- From the sidebar, click Subscription
You'll see your current plan, next billing date, and your active licenses.
Manage your event licenses
Karafuru uses 1 license per event. Each photo session requires its own license key.
Your subscription tier determines how many licenses you can have active at the same time (running on different devices). You can create as many licenses as you need during the month:
- Pay Per Event — 1 license active (1 device can run at a time)
- Pro — 2 licenses active (2 devices can run simultaneously)
- Studio — 5 licenses active (5 devices can run simultaneously)
Create a new license
- From Subscription, click Generate License
- Choose type: Self Service (for your devices) or Event (temporary for single events)
- Name your license (e.g., "Booth A - Jakarta")
- Copy the license key
Use a license in the app
- Open Karafuru photobooth app
- Click the gear icon → Sistem (System) tab
- Paste your license key into the License field
- Click VERIFIKASI (Verify)
Your license is now active and appears in the app toolbar.
Change your plan
From Pay Per Event to Pro or Studio
If you're paying per event but realize you're working more:
- From Subscription, click Upgrade or Change Plan
- Select Pro (Rp 450k/month) or Studio (Rp 3.9M/year)
- Confirm the change
Your plan upgrades immediately. You'll be charged the new rate starting next month (or the new year for annual plans).
From Pro to Studio
- From Subscription, click Upgrade Plan
- Select Studio
- Confirm
The upgrade is prorated. You pay the difference for the rest of your current billing cycle.
Downgrade from Pro or Studio to Pay Per Event
- From Subscription, click Downgrade or Change Plan
- Select Pay Per Event
- Confirm
Your downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep full access until then.
Cancel or let your subscription expire
If you no longer need Karafuru:
Option 1: Simply don't renew
- When your subscription expires, don't scan the QRIS code
- Your account becomes inactive
- You keep access to your photos in cloud storage
Option 2: Cancel from your account
- From Subscription, scroll to the bottom
- Click Cancel Subscription or Deactivate Account
- Confirm
Your account is deactivated immediately. Photos remain in cloud storage for 30 days.
Canceling removes your account. Download or export any photos you want to keep before the 30-day retention ends.
Billing history
Click View Invoices or Payment History to see all past charges, receipts, and invoices.
Each invoice shows:
- Date charged
- Plan name (Pay Per Event, Pro, or Studio)
- Amount in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp)
- Download link for your records
